The Cowboys head south of the border for Round Two of this year’s Border War.
The Pokes are looking to sweep the Rams in the Border War this year. Back on January 27, the Cowboys erased a double-digit deficit this time with 71 seconds left in the game tied the contest as the clock ran down in regulation.
Keith Kelly had the call here on Bigfoot 99 as the Double A in Laramie went wild. The Rams were ranked nationally at 24/23 coming in the game. The Cowboys busted the Colorado buzz in overtime. Akquel Kott was at the line connecting on must-have free throws as time was running out in OT.
It was the high moment in what has been a roller coaster year for the Cowboys. The rematch, the grudge match, is set for tomorrow. We’ll have the Border War for you beginning with the pregame show at 1:30 on Bigfoot 99.
