In sports, Two Wyoming defensive players were named to the All-Mountain West football second team on Tuesday. Another five UW Cowboys earned honorable mention.
Senior right guard Caden Barnett was named All-MW for the first time in his career along with senior linebacker Brayden Johnson. Wyoming’s defense highlighted the honorable mentions as senior nose tackle Ben Florentine, senior middle linebacker Evan Eller and cornerbacks Dainsus Miller and Tyrese Boss were each honored alongside senior center Jack Walsh.
No Wyoming player was named to the Mountain West offensive team.
