Fall Free Dump Days may be coming to Rawlins
As Bigfoot 99 reported last week, Free Dump Days in Rawlins was a tremendous success. Citizens rid their properties of more than 414 tons of trash.
City Council praised the success of the weeklong event at last week’s regular meeting. Some council members were so impressed, they’d like to host another round of free dump days in the fall. Cali O’Hare has more.

Calling 911 in Saratoga still isn’t working so well. For the past few months the Saratoga Police Department has experienced issues with its 911 system. Department officials are closer to fixing the problem, however, after meeting with the company that provided the equipment. Emma Diercks has the latest.
Museum summer camp starting in July
The Carbon County Museum in Rawlins reminds area residents of its brand new summer camp program set to begin next month.
The museum’s new education director will lead half-day camps that provide a fun and interactive look at Carbon County’s history. Cali O’Hare has the details.
