“Time is brain.” That’s the mantra neurologists at Wyoming Medical use to signify the importance the swift diagnosis and appropriate treatment of a stroke. That’s not always been possible in Carbon County.

That is changing now that the emergency medical providers at Memorial Hospital in Rawlins have joined forces with the Stroke Center in Casper to offer life-saving Tele-Stroke technology right here at home. Cali O’Hare has the story.
