In Rawlins, the Starlight Parade kicking off the holiday season is scheduled for this Saturday, December 12th.
There’s still time for people, businesses, clubs and organizations to sign up to participate in the parade — the deadline to turn in registration forms is end of business Wednesday.
In order to adhere to public health restrictions, this year’s route was changed, and people are being asked to socially distance from Santa. Cali O’Hare has all the details.
