In the Platte Valley, the landfill board is cracking down on deadbeats. If a person fails to pay their landfill fee, the board will now disallow service. The Upper Platte River Solid Waste Disposal District hopes to encourage people to pay their bill in a timely manner. Emma Diercks reports.
