Last Tuesday, the Saratoga Town Council awarded a bid to move forward with two aspects of the airport apron expansion project in hopes of using extra funding for airport entrance improvements. After learning extra funds can’t go toward the entrance, the governing body held a special meeting on Friday to amend the aspects of the main project. Emma Diercks reports.
