Rawlins residents are reminded of an opportunity to join educators from the University of Wyoming for a free landscaping workshop tomorrow at City Hall. The hands-on class is a partnership between the UW Extension Office and the City of Rawlins Parks Department, with more than $200 in giveaways sponsored by Ace Hardware and the college.
