In Rawlins, the Second Annual Harvest Day Festival takes place this Saturday, along with the opening of the pumpkin patch. Almost 1,000 pumpkins will be available for purchase and the day is packed with family-friendly festivities. All proceeds benefit the Rawlins Chamber of Commerce. Cali O’Hare spoke with the director and has the details.
