In Rawlins, City Manager Shawn Metcalf is hosting his fourth Q&A Session with a city employee as part of the monthly “Behind the Scenes” series he launched in June. The sessions, which usually last about an hour, are meant to make department heads more accessible to citizens who may have questions or ideas. People still have time to submit questions for the Rawlins Police Chief, who will be featured in Monday’s livestream. Cali O’Hare has more.
