The City of Rawlins is crediting the free cab rides offered through the with the fact that no DUI arrests occurred on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. There’s only been one such arrest in Rawlins since the start of 2022. Cali O’Hare takes a look at the impacts of DUI and the local numbers and state statistics.
