Rawlins City Council terminates agreement with Rochelle Ranch concessionaire

The Rawlins City Council voted 4-1 to terminate the agreement with John Bruhl, the concessionaire operating the bar and grill at the Rochelle Ranch municipal golf course.

The decision came following a week’s worth of building frustration and accusations by the various parties involved. Cali O’Hare has followed the chaotic twists and turns and brings you the story.
