The City of Rawlins anticipates at least two major changes on the city council following the General Election.

Councilors Steve Sanger and Louis Espinoza announced earlier this year that they’ve decided not to run, meaning newcomers will fill the seats representing wards one and three.

City staff in Rawlins are looking at the best ways to ensure a smooth on-boarding for the new city leaders. Cali O’Hare reports.
