Carbon County Commissioners met for the first time in their new chambers on the second floor of the renovated Carbon Building-Courthouse Annex in Rawlins on Tuesday. Yesterday, the historic courthouse shut down for the foreseeable future as the 6th Penny Specific Purpose tax funded remodels continue. Cali O’Hare reports.
