With new facilities and remodels taking place at Carbon County buildings, the county’s IT director expressed the need for a full-time security specialist. The Carbon County Commissioners, however, said they don’t know if they can take on the expense at this time. They asked the position be tabled and brought up again during the 2021-2022 budget planning sessions.
