In an update to a story Bigfoot 99 has been following, Carbon County GOP Chairman Joey Correnti IV is scheduled to appear in Circuit Court tomorrow for a hearing on a motion he filed to have the reckless endangering case against him dismissed.

Correnti, representing himself, argues that the prosecutor has a conflict of interest. Cali O’Hare has the latest.
