A photo-ID is required to vote at the polls in Wyoming. It’s like having a strong password for your online banking account. A weaker standard is in place for requesting a mail-in ballot. Safeguards exist, though. Unlike other states where mail-in ballots are sent out randomly, Wyoming voters must request a ballot and present certain information to their county clerk.

With absentee voting starting July 2nd, Cali O’Hare reports on how it works.
