The start of yesterday’s commissioners meeting was filled with applause, laughter and emotion as elected officials and first responders from across Carbon County took time to recognize outgoing Fire Warden John Rutherford.
Carbon County’s new Fire Warden Ron Brown presented Rutherford with a gold speaking trumpet as local leaders shared their appreciation for Rutherford’s service to the county. Cali O’Hare was at the meeting and has the story.
