April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and in Carbon County, the nonprofit agency known as COVE is planning a unique display called the Clothesline Project. COVE serves victims and survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking year-round. Representatives from the nonprofit are encouraging the public to get involved.
