In Rawlins, the lighting conversion project at the Carbon County Jail and Detention Center is wrapping up, and county employees are prepping to begin resurfacing the floor.

The current tiled floor treatment is failing, and a strong enough adhesive to make the repairs cannot be located. Cali O’Hare reports.
