Representatives from agencies on either side of the Wyoming-Colorado border are keeping a close eye on and planning for the Rainbow Family of Living Light Gathering, the 50th anniversary of which is expected to return to Colorado.
Officials are preparing for as many as 50,000 people on any given day of the month-long event somewhere in the National Forest. Cali O’Hare reports.
