Flags are flying at half-staff across the nation and across Wyoming today in memory of Sandra Day O’Connor, retired Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
O’Connor was the first woman on the nation’s highest court. She was nominated by President Ronald Regan. An invitation-only service at Washington National Cathedral will be held today.
