National Public Works Week begins tomorrow. City public works employees in Rawlins are launching week’s worth of activities to educate residents on what they do. Events begin Sunday, when you’re invited to drop off nonperishable food items as part of the third annual Fill a Public Works Truck fundraiser for the local food bank. Cali O’Hare has a preview.
