The Saratoga Carbon County Impact Joint Powers Board granted a timeline extension to complete the waterline extension project to the North Platte Valley Medical Center facility. They are further monitoring water usage for dust control following complaints about the dirt from recent earth-moving activity. Emma Diercks has the story.
