An investigation that began in February ended in charges of sexual exploitation of children and endangering children filed against a former H.E.M. wrestling coach.
On Monday, the Hanna Marshal’s Office arrested Elk Mountain resident Lyle Richardson after gathering evidence that he solicited a minor to send illicit photos in exchange for money. Bigfoot 99 will provide more information on Thursday.
