Green hydrogen production could be on the horizon for the Towns of Elk Mountain, Medicine Bow, and Hanna if the Carbon County Commissioners give the go-ahead to a new company. Cali O’Hare attended the more than four-hour-long meeting Monday and takes a look at the project.
