The Upper Platte River Solid Waste Disposal District is moving closer to developing its own billing system. The board was presented with ways to operate once a system is in place to bill Saratoga.
The town halls in Encampment and Riverside would continue to bill residents as they have done in the past. Emma Diercks has the story.
