For the past three years, the landfill district has petitioned the Town of Saratoga to police public dumpsters at parks and other recreation areas. Landfill board members say abuse of the free service is rampant. The failure to clean up the messy problem now will cost the town more money in higher landfill fees. Emma Diercks has the story.
