Here’s a chance to put a little fun into your adventure this weekend.

Little America Wyoming, a cherished oasis for travelers for nearly a century, will host the grand opening of its newly renovated travel center, in honor of its recently celebrated 90th anniversary.

This milestone event marks a significant investment in enhancing guest experiences with a vibrant, spacious, and convenient facility while preserving the hospitality that has made Little America a favorite destination for visitors and locals alike, according to Christine Spinkston, public relations consultant for Little America.

The new travel center is a complete transformation from the ground up, offering an expanded footprint with an additional 3,500 square feet of service area, nearly double the size of the original space. Designed for efficiency and comfort, the revamped space improves traffic flow, reduces congestion, and provides more food, beverage, and retail options than ever before.

“Our goal has always been to provide the best experience for our guests,” said Spencer Riggs, general manager of Little America Wyoming. “With this new travel center, we’re taking that commitment to the next level, providing faster service, better amenities, and a more comfortable visit for everyone.”

To mark the occasion, Little America will be hosting a grand opening celebration on Saturday, May 17. The event will include a ceremonial ribbon cutting, classic car show, family-friendly activities, special promotions, giveaways, and exclusive first looks at the new travel center. Everyone is invited to join in the festivities and experience the exciting changes firsthand.

The relaxing oasis located on Interstate 80 near Green River in western Wyoming was established in 1934.
