In Saratoga, a big excavator sat poised over the weekend, ready to break ground for the Platte Valley Health Care Center. The new clinic being is spearheaded by Memorial Hospital of Carbon County.

Patients won’t have to wait until the clinic is built to see a doctor, though. MMHC will opening a temporary clinic in Saratoga later this month on Bridge Street. Dr. Chris Williams will see patients four days a week beginning then. Emma Diercks has the story.
