Community picnic planned for locomotive celebration

Several Rawlins groups are coming together to host a special community event at Depot Park next month.

Two famous Union Pacific steam engines, Living Legend and Big Boy, will make stops in Rawlins in May as part of the UP’s Great Race to Ogden. Cali O’Hare takes a look at what’s planned.

Saratoga officials approve new cleaner for municipal swimming pool
