Minutes from Rawlins City Council closed-door meeting released

In an update to a story previously reported by Bigfoot 99, evidence is mounting that Rawlins City Hall treats an out-of-town trash hauler more favorably than its local competitor.

The court-ordered release of minutes from an April executive session contradict public statements by city officials that they never discussed a franchise agreement with Wyoming Waste nor made a decision regarding the company’s compliance with municipal requirements during an executive session earlier this year.
