Platte Valley landfill contracts set to expire
In the Platte Valley, contracts for the landfill and transfer station in Saratoga, as well as the landfill and facility in Encampment are coming to the end of their terms. Saratoga working to pay outstanding bill
Last week, the Saratoga Town Council moved to pay for an outstanding bill for the boots that the volunteer fire department wears. The boots were purchased about a year ago by the previous governing body but the bill was never paid.
A budget amendment will be presented at the town council meeting next week. Emma Diercks reports.
