The county attorney has dismissed lesser charges filed in Carbon County against two Nebraska teenagers so they can face homicide and other felony charges in Omaha.

The defendants are charged in Nebraska with shooting a male friend at a gas station there, and driving the body to Wyoming. They abandoned the car with the teenage victim slumped over in the back seat off I-80 at Walcott Junction in May of this year.
