In Rawlins, the water and wastewater treatment division is one of seven Public Works sections essential to keeping the community safe and healthy. This division is responsible for the daily processing of millions of gallons of drinking water, as well as ensuring the proper treatment of several million gallons of wastewater.
Cali O’Hare spoke with two of the operators and filed this report as part of a series on National Public Works Week.
