National Public Works week began Sunday. In Rawlins, the department consists of seven divisions tasked with keeping the community healthy and safe. The utilities division ensures water is safely delivered to citizens, and that wastewater is safely diverted away.
Cali O’Hare spoke with one of the boots on the ground employees from the utilities division and filed this report.
