An update from the National Weather Service in Cheyenne:
- A storm system will bring the potential for widespread accumulating snowfall Thursday night into Friday.
- We could see snow accumulation, but the National Weather Service was uncertain on Wednesday afternoon about exact snow totals.
Gusty north to northwest winds will lead to areas of blowing and drifting snow where accumulating snow occurs.
