The City of Rawlins has hired a new finance director, Jodi McClurkin.
McClurkin brings with her a wealth of experience, having worked as a certified public accountant for governmental agencies.
Bigfoot 99’s Cali O’Hare sat down with McClurkin last week to talk about her goals for the City of Rawlins’ finances.
