Parents of Carbon County School District One students have the opportunity to work with administration to pay half of their child’s negative food balances under a new initiative by the First Lady of Wyoming. The district agreed to being one of the first in the state to join the Wyoming Angel Accounts program. Emma Diercks has the story.
