In Rawlins, Heather “Nikki” Howell has been named the new Parks and Recreation Director. Howell has served as a supervisor in the rec department since 2021.
A Rawlins native and graduate of RHS, Howell holds a master’s degree in business administration. She recently earned certification as a Parks and Recreation Professional.
Bigfoot 99 will have more on Howell’s promotion as Recreation Director in the coming days.
