Wyoming’s Public Lands Initiative could finally go before Congress in the coming months.
At last week’s Carbon County Commissioners meeting, Initiative Chair and Commissioner John Espy said Senator John Barrasso hopes to introduce the initiative in bill form before the end of July. Emma Diercks reports.
