A Carbon County couple are working to establish a rural housing development south of Walcott Junction on Rattlesnake Pass. Timothy and Courtney Ney told the Carbon County Planning and Zoning Commission they want to provide 35-acre lots east of Wyoming 130 for a few other young families. Emma Diercks has the story.
