A stinky situation has returned to Rawlins. Residents – and their dogs – are contending with skunks. Last year, the animal control officers trapped more than four dozen skunks, a service that is available again this season.

Cali O’Hare sat down with Rawlins Police Lt. Daria Hooper, who oversees the animal shelter, to get the funk on skunks.
