Like many other communities in Carbon and Sweetwater Counties, the City of Rawlins has entered into an MOU for impact assistance funds with Rocky Mountain Power Pacificorp.

At last week’s meeting, the city council approved the MOU as well as an easement option granting the power company use of municipal property south of town. Cali O’Hare has more.
