In Rawlins, hoping to eliminate the inequities that exist in job descriptions and pay across municipal departments, the governing body has authorized the city manager to conduct a comprehensive study that will examine all salaries and job descriptions.
City officials hope the study will result in happier employees. Cali O’Hare reports.
