The names of a half-dozen candidates running for Rawlins City Council appear on the ballot for the November 3rd election that is two weeks away.
Five of them turned out last week for a candidates’ forum at the Carbon County Higher Education Center to discuss their views and ideas. Cali O’Hare was there and filed this report.
