It was a long, hard winter for everyone in Carbon County, especially for drivers in Rawlins. Big winds resulted in drifts across the city, closing streets. Officials are responding by updating the snow removal routes.

A number of common sense changes are being planned to make life easier for residents and plow drivers. Cali O’Hare has more.
