In Rawlins, members of the governing body spent the weekend developing a strategic plan meant to provide a clear sense of direction as they work on issues identified by residents and city staff as top priorities.

The two-day retreat produced a set of goals and initiatives, as well strategies to achieve them.

Bigfoot 99’s Cali O’Hare joined the city council for its weekend retreat and filed this report.
