The Rawlins City Council plans to formally adopt its strategic plan at tonight’s regular meeting. The document was developed during a retreat held at the end of January and is meant to provide the city’s top leaders with a clear sense of direction as they work on priority issues identified by residents and staff. Cali O’Hare has more.
