The Rawlins City Councill will meet in a special session tonight at 7:30 p.m. The only item on the published agenda is a scheduled executive session to be held behind closed doors. No other pertinent information about the reason for the meeting is available. In an email announcing the meeting, Public Information Officer Mira Miller said the agenda is limited to the executive session per Wyoming State Statue 16-4-405, Subsections ii and ix, which pertain to the governing body to reviewing and discussion confidential personnel matters related to a current or future city employee and to receive information classified as confidential by law.
